背景描述 A3亚克隆株来自Jurkat细胞系,是用Fas抗体处理Jurkat细胞,随后有限稀释法获得一个细胞系。A3细胞系对Fas介导的凋亡产生自发抗性的比例较低,得到的亚克隆对Fas-介导的凋亡十分敏感。挑选对新霉素具有抗性的野生型A3细胞,并三次用移码突变诱变剂ICR-191进行处理以分离具有抗Fas抗体杀伤的隐性突变体。
