产品概述
Ham's F-12营养混合物(Ham's F-12 Nutrient Mixture)是由Ham在1969年以Ham's F-10营养混合物为基础设计而成的,最初用于CHO细胞的无血清培养。Ham's F-12常作为无血清培养的基础培养液,在低血清含量下时,特别适合单细胞培养和克隆化培养,添加血清后也广泛应用于癌细胞和原代细胞的培养,如大鼠肝细胞、大鼠前列腺上皮细胞、软骨细胞、大鼠成肌细胞、鸡胚胎细胞等。此外,Ham's F-12与DMEM等体积混合后,得到的DMEM/F12培养基营养更为丰富,使用更为广泛。
本产品含有多类细胞培养所需的氨基酸、维生素、无机盐等多种成分,但不含蛋白质、脂类或任何生长因子,故此产品需搭配血清或无血清添加物使用。
