产品概述

IMDMIscove’s Modified Dulbecco Medium)即Iscove改良的DMEM培养基,是Guilber Iscove1976年设计的,用以培养红细胞前体细胞和巨噬细胞。IMDM培养基在DMEM培养基的基础上添加了硒、HEPES、丙酮酸钠以及额外的氨基酸和维生素,营养非常丰富,非常适合于快速增殖,高密度细胞培养。IMDM培养基不仅可以培养有特殊营养要求的细胞(如小鼠B淋巴细胞,LPS刺激的B细胞,骨髓造血细胞,T淋巴细胞以及各种杂交瘤细胞),还可以作为一些独特的无血清培养基的基础液。

本产品含有多类细胞培养所需的氨基酸、维生素、无机盐等多种成分,但不含蛋白质、脂类或任何生长因子,故此产品需搭配血清或无血清添加物使用。
